Young People’s Chorus of New York City will accompany Macy’s vibrant fireworks as a part of their musical score of pop and patriotic anthems, as Macy’s” Spirit Hero.” The choristers will perform a special arrangement of “Lean On Me” with Dr. Elvis as well as a brand-new arrangement of “America the Beautiful” with John Legend.

Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular airs on Saturday, July 4, on NBC-TV from 8 to 10 p.m. (EDT) and will also include a pre-fireworks spotlight interview with YPC Artistic Director/Founder Francisco J. Núñez.
