YPC and Lincoln Center to Honor Those Lost to COVID-19
On March 14 at 12:00 p.m. ET, the Young People’s Chorus of New York City partnered with Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts to honor those we have lost to the pandemic through a memorial tribute performance of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s classic, “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” Filmed outdoors on Lincoln Center’s campus, the video was released on the official day of remembrance for COVID-19 victims in New York City–marking the one-year anniversary of the city’s first reported virus-related death.
