Imagine a world where everyone belongs and is free to roam…In the Summer of 2018, the Young People’s Chorus of New York City took the stage at the Kaufman Music Center in NYC, and did just that. In an exciting program of music and movement, which included a collaboration with Yale Choral Artists, YPC performed commissioned pieces by Arturo O’Farrill and Paola Prestini relating to citizenship, diversity and the influence of cultures around the world on music in the United States. It was a powerhouse performance, and we welcome you to relive it with us here.
