Today, Young People’s Chorus of New York City is one of the most highly acclaimed choruses in the world. Our mission stays true to Founder and Artistic Director Francisco J. Núñez’s original belief: That promoting inclusiveness and inspiring excellence from children – both on and off stage – cultivates empathy and opens minds toward each other and all of life’s possibilities.

Under the leadership of Founder and Artistic Director Francisco J. Núñez, YPC has earned global recognition for artistic excellence — winning gold and silver medals in competitions from Des Moines to Prague. YPC choristers perform on some of the world’s most extraordinary stages, inspiring audiences with their talent, precision and joy.
