Young People’s Chorus at Washington Heights (YPCWH) conducted by YPC Assistant Conductor Gia Gan return to the Church of the Intercession to open the church’s century-old holiday tradition: a performance of holiday music, followed by a candlelight reading of Clement Clarke Moore’s “Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and a lantern procession and wreath-laying ceremony at Clement Moore’s mausoleum at Trinity Church, across the from The Church of the Intercession.
The performance and reading are free and open to the public.
