Reaching the confiscation depot requires slipping past the outer garrison walls without alerting the automated ceiling turrets. Approach the industrial complex from the northwest trench lines. Use the concrete storm drains to avoid skyline visibility against roaming aerial patrols. The entrance is not on the open surface; it is buried inside the sunken logistics concourse beneath the administrative headquarters.

Follow the faded yellow floor striping past the ruined reception desks into the sublevel staircase. Descending one flight brings you to a reinforced bulkhead corridor flanked by security glass partitions. At the far eastern end of this subterranean hall sits a heavy steel blast door marked with the faded stencil designation "CONFISCATION / SECTOR B". Approach the wall terminal on the left side of the frame, insert the Blue Gate Confiscation Room Key, and wait through the five-second mechanical unlock cycle. Keep your flanks covered, as the pneumatic door release produces a distinct acoustic hiss audible within a 40-meter radius.
