The ring fire footage surfaced early Saturday morning, revealing the complete destruction of the main platform. Video captured on handheld smartphones shows thick black smoke billowing toward the venue rafters as the synthetic ropes drooped and melted against the perimeter posts. The canvas, soaked in flammable liquid by the intruders, had burned entirely down to the raw underlayment and structural plywood boards.
Combat sports outlet Bloody Elbow confirmed that armed men managed to evade local private security guards, penetrate the event perimeter, and ignite the ring within minutes before fleeing the scene. The precision of the attack indicated pre-planning rather than random local vandalism. Firefighters arrived swiftly, but the heat of the blaze buckled tension cables and ruined the load-bearing integrity of the ring's steel frame, rendering emergency repairs structurally impossible.
