The infamous toothbrush video remains one of the darkest chapters in modern creator culture. Recorded around late 2021 and subsequently leaked across Twitter, Reddit, and TikTok, the graphic clip shows Larson inserting a toothbrush into his rectum before immediately using it to brush his teeth. For casual web users encountering the clip without context, the behavior seemed incomprehensible.
The backstory reveals calculated manipulation. Members of an antagonistic troll syndicate convinced Larson that an influential talent agent required "purity tests" and explicit verification footage before releasing royalties and securing an apartment for him. Convinced that compliance would lead directly to financial freedom and an in-person meeting with his celebrity fixation, Larson followed the instructions. The trolls archived the footage and weaponized it, disseminating the clip whenever Larson refused new demands or attempted to break contact with his self-appointed handlers.
