Q1: Is Look Dine-In Cinemas W57 open for regular movie showtimes today?
A1: No. Screenings, box office operations, and online ticket sales for the West 57th Street location have ceased completely. Major third-party ticketing platforms display no upcoming schedules for the venue.
Q2: Will Look Dine-In Cinemas issue automatic refunds for unused gift cards?
A2: Unlikely. Based on recent closures in California, physical sites have shut down without automated gift card refund programs. Cardholders should seek redress through the original third-party retailer where the gift card was purchased or submit a merchant complaint to state consumer authorities.
Q3: How do I stop recurring Look & Dine membership billing?
A3: Since corporate support lines are largely unresponsive, log in to your bank or credit card account immediately and cancel the merchant authorization for Look Dine-In Cinemas. If charges posted after screenings stopped, open a formal chargeback dispute for non-delivery of services.
