The interpersonal drama between the costars quickly bled into their professional trajectories. Rather than returning for another grueling stretch under Cooke's roof, West Wilson secured a competitive casting slot on the Netflix series Celebrity Million Dollar Secret. The move marked Wilson’s formal departure from the Bravo summer rotation, signaling an effort to build a standalone profile outside the Hamptons universe.
Cooke did not let the exit pass quietly. In comments picked up by Us Weekly, Cooke openly dismissed Wilson’s high-stakes reality venture as a "Million Dollar Mistake." The barb revealed genuine lingering bitterness. For Cooke, Wilson’s rapid pivot confirmed suspicions that the younger costar had used his relationship with Batula and his proximity to the original cast as a launchpad for personal brand building.
