This year\, choristers from The Young People’s Chorus of New York will compete along with other singers from across the globe in Gangwon-do and Gangneung City from July 3-13\, 2023. \nThe idea of the World Choir Games originates from the effort to bring together people and nations\, who are united through singing\, in peaceful competition. DESCRIPTION:« All Events \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJuly 18-24\, 2023 \n\nYPC National Summer Lab and Studio is a one-week musical experience for innovative choral conductors and enthusiastic singers in grades 6-12. Hosted at one of the country’s most beautiful beach communities\, the Summer Lab and Studio will again take place in residence at the Music Academy in Santa Barbara\, California. \nConductors and teachers will work with MacArthur Award-winner\, composer\, and conductor Francisco J.
